    The invention relates to a license plate holder which prevents the theft of the European official license plate, because the license plate is slid into the license plate holder, secured by an insert and is therefore encapsulated in the license plate holder and, moreover, is mounted completely flat through the body. As a result, the nuts of the bolts, which are injected with its nylon, are on the inside of the vehicle; making it impossible to loosen the bolts from their nuts from the outside. In addition, the insert makes sure that the number plate cannot be pulled out; this partly due to the flat mounting of the whole on the flat part of the body.

    Anti-theft license plate holder
    Description
    The invention relates to a license plate holder which prevents the theft of the license plate, hereinafter referred to as "anti-theft license plate holder". With the current state of the art, all license plates are easy to remove from the license plate holder.
    The features of the anti-theft license plate holder (525mm x 114 mm):
    1. Is made of a stainless steel plate (type 304) with a thickness of 1.25 mm.
    2. The three sides (2 long and 1 short) are folded inwards at 50 degrees with an 8 mm border and the two left corners are welded shut.
    3. On the open short side, after the European number plate (520 mm x 110 mm) has been inserted, a side piece (30 mm x 112) with a folded side - 50 degrees and an edge of 8 mm. - is added and all this forms the whole .
    4. In the end, given that four holes (6 mm to the size of the European plate) are provided, with four stainless steel bolts (M6), the nuts of which are injected with nylon, are mounted on the vehicle.
    5. The whole (number plate & number plate holder) is attached to the vehicle through the body. The bolt used for this is of the umbraco M6 type with a total length of 24 mm, a round head and a diameter of 10 mm. The associated nut is self-locking (so nylon injected) M6 (hexagonal).
    It has been found that with this invention theft of the official number plate of the vehicle becomes impossible, because the whole (number plate & number plate holder) is mounted flat and fixed to the vehicle with bolts through the body. As a result, the nuts of the bolts, which are injected with its nylon, are on the inside of the vehicle; so that the bolts always keep "turning" and not loosening their nuts when trying to remove them from outside. Moreover, the slide-in piece ensures that the number plate cannot be pulled out; both by anchoring with the bolt by mounting it flat on the flat part of the body. We naturally assume that the vehicle is locked; in order to completely separate it from the body you always need two different keys, one of which must be used outside and one inside the vehicle.
    This description is made clear by a figure that is merely illustrative and should not be interpreted as limiting. This gives a front view of the anti-theft license plate holder.

    Conclusions
    1. The European license plate and the anti-theft license plate holder form a whole by inserting the license plate into the holder and securing that license plate with an insert.
